THE DISNEY STUDY TOUR

OVERVIEW

​

This 3-credit marketing or management elective examines customer experience management (CXM). Considered the new battlefield for business, CXM is the practice of designing and managing customer interactions to exceed customer expectations. The course consists of 3 night classes (May 11, 12, & 13, 2020) on Loyola’s Timonium campus followed by a 6-day (5 night) study tour May 15-20, 2020 at Walt Disney World (Orlando) – a world leader in CXM. Disney professionals will give us a firsthand and behind-the-scenes look at CXM. Following the study tour, we will have a reflection session on June 12, 2020.
